Rental Application Instructions
1) Download the rental application form (John - hyperlink "application form")
2) Fill out the form as completely as possible. Be sure to sign the application form AND the Authorization
for release of information
3) Include your credit check fee with your application. You may pay this fee by personal check, cashier's check, or
money order. If you pay by personal check, we will wait until the check clears before we process your application.
4) Mail the completed application along with your credit check fee to:
